Gun Servo

For the photon mode: Check at regular intervals the function of the gun servo:

Switch Gun to manual. Set Gun I for max dose rate. This must be operating point of the Gun Servo (Slit error 0). Increase and decrease gun current 20 mA. Slit error then must be more or less equal plus or minus 5.

If in doubt, make a servo plot as described in TSD (section C 3.10.7 Set Up Gun Servo).
