No Dose rate

Error: All energies, No Dose Rate. Everything looks normal.

Check if thyratron fires. Thyratron trigger pcb can be faulty. Look fore the trigger pulse at the grid of the thyratron.

(The small thyristor on the board remains in 'ON' state. Reset it simply by unplugging an in-plugging the mains plug. Or by increasing the Anode resistor of the thyristor (The golden one) by about 20%.
