Work clean and extremely careful.
I have done several boards. They were leaking from 22 up to 31 counts per minute. After replacing the AD549KH one board was extremely good, leaking less than one count per minute. The leak of two others was reduced to 13 and 15 counts per minute. And the leakage of the fourth board which was originally leaking 31 counts was reduced to 16 counts per minute. Replace TR2 en TR11 (BSV 80) if you still have a leak.
