Fluctuating Dose rate

Check:

• if frequency is stable: Gain LPPH servo too high.
• if gun current is stable: Gain Gun servo too high. (dont forget the slits).
• part 142 of item 361 (tuner ctrl) normally around 250
• tuner rest position
