We once had a faulty 320 Volt power supply replaced with a spare one
(from our own old spare-kit). The Voltage was less than 300 Volt and
the system did not work. Tuning the pot-meter gave no good results.
Check for a modification of R3!!!!
Place an extra 10 MOhm resistor over R3. This increases the output of
the power supply.
